A little about me.

Born and raised in Southern California

I enjoy everything outdoors and then kick it on the couch and talk about anything, going to dinner, dance, movies, comedy club, or just watching a band play is fine with me. I’ve been to Louisiana, several times and I especially love the southern part of the state, good people.

I am, described as, someone that has a great sense of humor, a lover of life, is caring, a team player, optimistic, fun, outgoing, best friend, kindhearted, confident, giving, respectful, honest, not afraid of being intimate, with few inhibitions yet will keep someone on their toes.

Outgoing open-minded wisdom is very important to me. I am open to adventure. I love to work out and am health conscious. I would like to meet someone very compatible with me. We can have disagreements and intense discussion yet conclude with love, admiration, loyalty and respect.

I’m, 47-5’9’’, lean, distinguished looking, very open minded, outgoing, respectful, active and fun and responsible.

California Family Court Pro Per

(An On The Calendar exclusive)

Note:
A former Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner, Eugene E. Siegel (1991-2002) loved to do this.

To the Non-Custodial Parent: You need an Attorney!

If for some reason it is necessary for you to enforce an OAH (order after hearing) you need to file an OSC (order to show cause).

If you do not know how to do this on your own get help from a local Paralegal or the Family Court facilitator. After preparing and filing the paperwork you'll have your day in court.

Your day comes, (mind you, the court has had your OSC for 2, 3 maybe 5 days already) the court'’s mind is pretty much already made up before you walk in there. One of three things is probably going to happen:

a) Your request will be granted.

b) Your request will be denied based on merit.

c) Your request will be denied based on a procedural thing. (Listen to the reason Court gives for denial)

More than likely the Family Court Facilitator, the Paralegal, you screwed up your paperwork. This is not a bad thing, just fix it and re-file the paperwork. That’s pretty much all there is to that.

AT NO TIME SHOULD A FAMILY COURT JUDGE/COMMISSIONER TELL YOU; YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY.

If this is the case and the Court says you need to get and Attorney. Don't be discouraged. You've probably just found a corrupt Judicial Officer on the take.

You're most likely not going to get a judgment until you put some money in the pool.

Why?

It has no bearing on your judgment. It's just good for Family Court commerce.
